Our dies are machined from 3/4-inch HDPE polyethylene, ensuring durability. For extrusions with outer diameters of 3-1/2 inches or less, walls are 1/4 inch thick, while larger pieces feature 5/16 inch walls. All dies are equipped with counter-sinking around edges or where the brace passes through, promoting the healing of hollow shapes and providing even pressure around the opening.
